Alona Tal Online was created by me, Diana, in April 2006. I'd seen Alona in Veronica Mars in the first episode of the second season. At that time, I hadn't really paid attention to her other than thinking that she was stunningly pretty. It was when the whole Meg plotline in that season was revealed that I started paying attention. I started to realize that Alona could actually act and wasn't just really really pretty. This led to me downloading all of the Veronica Mars episodes she was in, as well as the other tv shows she guest starred in. I was so impressed that I decided to create a fan-site for Alona so I started to screencap and clip the tv shows that she was in.

I applied for a hosting at Fan-Sites.org and was accepted. I tried to make many layouts but hated the way a lot of them started so I ended up making a red one. It actually lasted a long time, until late May. A few weeks later, my good friend Laine bought a domain name for ATO for the next three years (isn't she awesome?) so I moved from the old link of http://fan-sites.org/alona-tal/ to http://alona-tal.org.
