"Another Israeli Success In L.A."
Alona Tal (21) got a lead role in a new teen TV show called "Split Decision" that should air in another 2 months on the new Warner Brothers and CBS teen TV channel in the USA (CW). In the center of the show are 3 high school students - one of which is Alona - that have their lives change after fatal decisions they make. Like the movie "Sliding Doors", the show describes what would happen if they made different decisions. Tal, who moved to L.A. two years ago, played in a number of American TV shows: CSI, Veronica Mars, Cold Case, 7th Heaven and Commader In Chief.
"I hope all the people back home cross their fingers for me that this will be a success," said Tal on a phone call from Vancouver. "Now I need to learn to ride on a skateboard, since my character excels in that. So I'd better not fall!"
